This jacket was inspired by memories we shared growing up, including Dragon Ball Z—something we both loved.

The cloud details are a quiet tribute woven into the design.

But for us, they tell part of his story.

The Story Behind August 6

August 6 was created in honor of my brother, Geoffrey Andrews Jr.

Losing someone unexpectedly changes everything.

People talk about grief, but they don’t always talk about everything that comes after it—the phone calls, the paperwork, the unanswered questions, the financial burden, and trying to make decisions while you’re still trying to process reality.

Our family experienced those moments firsthand.

What began as a way to keep Geoffrey’s memory alive became something much bigger.

August 6 exists to help families navigate those difficult moments—whether through preparation, education, resources, or support after unexpected loss.

Because situations like this happen every day, and most people never realize how overwhelming it can be until they’re suddenly living through it themselves.
